With more than 20 years of experience in leading FMCG companies, the last eleven of which were in Senior Management position, Lara is a specialist in marketing, business, and operational transformation, with a focus on delivering sustainable competitive advantage and profitability.
She has held several key senior level roles within a number of organizations such as Diageo and Tetra Pak, where she managed the creation and execution of successful through-the-line campaigns that tackled all consumer touch points, secured an increase in market share and brand tracking results, and won 65 global and regional advertising awards including a Lion D’or at Cannes Advertising Awards and a Grand Prix at Adfest.

An inspirational leader, she has a proven record of managing complex operations, generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing winning strategies, and coaching individuals to success.
