Joseph is the CTO of CCOM Holding. In this capacity, he manages the technical operation of CCOM’s subsidiaries, including two Internet Service Provider, a telecom infrastructure provider and a Pay TV operator. He is currently responsible for the operation that covers the provision of 4G broadband services (as part of a data MVNO), FTTH services and managed services including cybersecurity.

Joseph has a long experience in telco operations, having joined the group in 1995. His deep operational experience was acquired in a challenging environment. Starting as a telecom engineer, Joseph played an increasingly crucial role in introducing new technologies and services to the Lebanese market. He was responsible for the initial deployment and operation of a nation-wide wireless network. Joseph was a major contributor to the evolution that followed towards integrating new technologies and boosting the operation’s productivity and efficiency.

For the Holding to open up to foreign markets, Joseph was a main participant in transforming the experience acquired within the operation into consultancy and managed services targeting the Middle East and Africa region. He was key in building a complete portfolio of products from network design to managed cyber-security. His engagement with the customers and deep understanding of their needs and the specifics of their markets were a determining factor in kick-starting successful foreign operations and achieving a satisfactory outcome.
